Has my order shipped?Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?Open the Order confirmation email that you received after completing your order, The link provided will give you the status and tracking information on your order.
My order never arrived.Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. When will my backorder arrive?Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
How much is my shipping?Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How do I return my product?Please contact customer service for a RGA number.
I received the wrong product.If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?At Automotive Equipment Plus, Inc. we want you to feel comfortable buying from us, and that includes making it easy for you to return a product to us, for any reason. We simply request adhering to the following requirements/procedure:
(1) The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging.
(2) The return must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
(3) Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
(4) Please indicate if you would like an exchange, credit or refund.
(5) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to the Automotive Equipment Plus, Inc. warehouse location closest to you:
We will promptly ship a replacement for any product returned for exchange, or issue a credit or refund as you have requested.
When will my order ship?Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the Order Status link to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship directly to any destination within the 50 United States and to Puerto Rico, including to any freight forwarding company or port within these territories.
What are my payment choices?
Whether you are billed Open Account, charge your order to a Credit Card or pay C.O.D. you always pay the SAME LOW PRICE!
Minimum Order Fee: Automotive Equipment Plus, Inc. requires a minimum product order of $25.00 (shipping/tax not included). Orders less than $25.00 will be subject to a $5.00 Processing Charge.
Open Account: NET billing terms to qualified customers.
C.O.D.: C.O.D. shipments are charged on a per carton basis at $9.95 for each box. We accept company checks or money orders ONLY. Personal checks will not be accepted. Please make company checks or money orders payable to WTD Supply.
Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express thru Paypal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to pay for an order.
*PLEASE NOTE: 2ND DAY AIR shipments must be paid with a credit card.
